Summoning Jutsu?

Well my question is if there will be summoning techniques like naruto´s Toads.

Also if naruto is going to have the Rasengan! (Spiraling Sphere)

Summoning technique probably not since it would be a huge bot. Rasengan probably after they release other versions.
