I was woundering about Meshsmooth. I have created a leg, out of blocks..

Will can i get meshsmooth to smoothen it so that the leg will be more circular etc.

Don't know until you try right ? Meshsmooth will make the model a lot smoother, but at the cost of control and polycount.

@ Xeon : Please..please do not double post, someone will get to you eventually, especially since the post count is still rather low on this board.

Right now, your leg doesnt have meshsmooth on it / or is not turned on. It's just boxes right now, many of them.

With meshsmooth on the polycount will be quite a bit higher and it won't look right because of so many different parts that aren't welded together. What you want to try and do is model a foot,leg, and whatever else as one box, and extrude or attach various boxes together, so that one object is formed.

I know its complex to look at but it's the basic idea thats there.

So before focusing on meshsmooth, learn to model correctly.

www.poopinymouth.com is just one example of a website that is very helpful. If not, look up tutorials like the especially popular Joan of Arc tutorial.

Ah i know how to Extrude, just havent used it. I think i could remodel that leg using it. I think i will, and show you the results.
